Requirements for CDBV Certification
Successful completion of:
- CDBV Part 1 (or equivalent waiver), and
- CDBV Part 2 (or equivalent waiver), and
- CDBV Part 3
AIRA member in good standing
Three letters of reference, if not previously submitted (excluding your current employer or other members of your firm)
Application demonstrating significant experience with valuation of companies and/or assets in bankruptcy and other distressed situations.
Fees and Refunds:

A full refund or credit will be made for parts that are canceled 10 days before the part begins if all materials sent in advance of the course are returned. For parts canceled with less than 10 days notice, credit toward a future part will be granted less a $75 service charge per part.
