The morning program will include a comprehensive presentation of recent cases dealing with tax issue developments with an emphasis on the impact of BAPCPA; panel discussion of the recent IRS notices covering reporting compliance matters affecting estates of individuals and tax clearance procedures; a presentation about dealing with COD issues outside of bankruptcy; and pre-bankruptcy tax planning. 
 
The afternoon program will be devoted entirely to corporate reorganization tax issues starting with a review of the basic rules governing debt relief, change of ownership and planning for the preservation of tax attributes, and expanding to issues involving consolidated entitles.
