Thank you for your interest in AIRA’s DVD course entitled - Bankruptcy Code: A Discussion of the Key Provisions, Including Those Relevant to the Financial Advisor.
The learning objective of this course is to provide participants with a foundation of the key provision included in the bankruptcy code that are relevant to the financial advisor.
There are no prerequisites for this intermediate level course. However, a general understanding of the nature and cause of business failure would be helpful. No advanced preparation is required, but a copy of the Bankruptcy Code may be helpful to have with you when taking the course.
The delivery method is a discussion of bankruptcy issues, held by Professors Grant Newton, from Pepperdine University, and Jack Williams, from Georgia State University.
In order to receive eight units of CPE credit, you must first view the DVD on the enclosed compact disks, then complete the test with a grade of 70% or higher within 1 year of the date of purchase. Any test submitted after 1 year of the date of purchase will not be accepted.
The course will be reviewed annually to ensure its technical accuracy.
If you decide not to complete the course or aren’t satisfied with the content, you may return the course with all the material within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. The DVD’s and course material must be in satisfactory condition in order to receive refund.
